Anyone can lose weight. We’re going to do it together!

I am challenging you and your friends to take a 10 lb challenge! Research shows that even a10 lb weight loss can help reverse some of the toxicity of excess weight. We will take 6 full weeks to work SMART at losing the weight by improving on your exercise routine and eating clean calories.

The 10 lb Pact!

Here’s how:
1. Find your Pact Partner(s): You and at least one of your friends make a pact to work SMART for the next 6 weeks.

2. Weigh yourself once and only once and keep your number private! Commit to not using the scale again for 6 weeks. (this is one of the most important parts)

3. Set a convenient schedule to ‘check in’ with each other by text, email, phone, or FB. Encourage and coach each other to find fun, new ways to work out or suggest recipes online etc.
